estiriseI need to write shorter chapters.
I'm at 22,292 words now, and just finished Chapter 3, Part 5. No way am I going to have this story done by 50,000 words.
Well, I'm setting up the Yaguruma-Tendou conflict that *might* result in Kagami getting TheBee, but I don't think it'll work. On top of things, I really didn't want this chapter going on so long, and Kagami becoming TheBee is going to make it longer than Chapter 2. Unless I split that part of this chapter into Chapter 4, which would then become "Bee", and Chapter 3 would ultimately become "Arrow". Then I'd get to Chapter 5, which would be "Dragonfly".
What I have to ponder for tomorrow is "what effect does Kagami becoming TheBee have for the series" (other than driving us Kagami fans nuts). When Kagami was busy becoming Gatack, and Tendou stepped aside and let Kagami kill the Worm, did Kagami's brief time as TheBee make Tendou believe that he should let Kagami deal with the Worm? Or does it reflect to how much Kagami has grown as a person since episode 4 and the events surrounding his little brother?
I'll have to see. Either Kagami will become TheBee and I write a new chapter, or I'll go on to Drake and Daisuke. Fun, fun.
ETA: Maybe I should set up this story to finish shortly after 21-22....
