I'm rewatching Kamen Rider Blade 42.

I decided to get into the writing spirit so that I could work on my two current projects (continuing "Discovering the Sun" and working on my promise to Beth to finish "Different Assignments, Same Idea").

More or less drawing names out of a virtual hat, I came up with five drabbles. They're untitled because they were writing exercises, but by some coincidence, they're all tokusatsu. Those who are Tokusatsu fans are welcome to guess what series and what characters are featured in each drabble. (They're all crossovers, believe it or not!)

*sigh* Apparently I can't tell the day of the week anymore, because I've thought it was Saturday for about three days straight now. (Thankfully illustrador did a pinch hit for me for finalauraburst on Friday, since I apparently thought it was Saturday. Argh.)

While I'm trying to get my muses to handle something that needs to be done (*glares at Trent and Anton*), I somehow decided on top of everything else that I needed a fic for each of the high-level Undead in Kamen Rider Blade. There were 11 shown, so I'll be writing these for a while.

From taa_kun, found via finalauraburst, http://www.nira-undead.com/ is the link to the website for the Kamen Rider Blade Undead designs book. The book isn't cheap, but it is extremely, extremely tempting for me (KR Blade was the second tokusatsu series I finished, but the first one I was waiting week-by-week to watch as the story developed, and so holds a special place in my heart).

There are some page previews that can be seen by clicking on the top right-hand link, including designs for the Joker, the King of Spades, and the Jack of Diamonds. I recognized almost all of them before clicking on the thumbnails, though had trouble with one because I thought it was the Ace, not the King, of one suit.
