NaNo Day 26

estiriseEntering the home stretch here, with over 46,000 of the required 50,000. Not that this novel will be done, mind you, but at least I'll hit the 50,000 words. That will mean that sometime this week, this fic will be around 175 pages long per the FAQs on the NaNoWriMo website. I have four more days and based on my pace I'll hit the requirement easily.

estinano has all the latest parts. I'm sorry for not posting them earlier, but I've been out of town since Tuesday with sporadic 'net access, and just got in today.
Tsurugi showed up! Tsurugi showed up! Admittedly, he showed up two paragraphs before the end of the part, but he showed up! I thought I'd have to rename the chapter because he wouldn't show up.
Most of today's effort centered around the Tendou/Kagami subplot, with a healthy dose of Yaguruma deciding that now would be a good time to beat up on Tendou for no good reason. Not that it's shown on-screen, of course, but Yaguruma was more than happy to cover up Kagami's possible sexual orientation problems in return for having a reason to go after Tendou.
I have no idea if Jiiya will show up, but I presume he will. In the meantime, Tsurugi is there to show off another Rider (well, host)/ZECT relationship, because he's "freelance" (like Kagami wanted Daisuke to be) and perfectly happy to get his ZECT salary for busting up the Worms he'd be killing anyway.
This is getting to be an interesting story, and of course it had to become that less than 5 days before NaNoWriMo. Oh well.
