Dysfunctional Couple
This is out of Kamen Rider Blade, I think episode 40 or 41. Mutsuki (the spider-possessed version of him, though I think the non-possessed also thought a lot of her) spent a lot of time hanging out with/bandaging/hunting the Queen of Clubs (Tigress Undead), whose human form is pictured here. The Dysfunctional Couple comment was due to their behavior around each other - they were simultaneously protective of each other and other times ready to harm one another. I actually had a typo on the original version of this icon and had to redo it completely.
Kenzaki Kazuma
This was pretty much created for Crossing Lost, because I needed a Kenzaki icon right away. It's just a basic screencap of Kenzaki in some episode, with the text so that my fellow players would know who he was.
Baka Da Yo!
I think I was on either a sugar high or high on the fact that my computer could write hiragana on this one. Can't remember which. Anyway, the characters were weird too in the episode, so it fits. This is Kaido and Koutarou (two of the main characters) deciding they needed a new outlook on life, so they blonded their hair, got leather jackets, and sunglasses. People were horrified, for good reason. I was incredibly amused, and iconed it with japanese text, just for amusement value.
Not the Real Me
This was taken from episode 32 of Kamen Rider Blade, of possessed Mutsuki after Kenzaki's taken Hajime to safety. I was experimenting with filters at the time, and I thought the one I used worked pretty well. The text is important because that isn't the real Mutsuki, and I sometimes use this icon in my LJ to indicate when I'm uncertain.
Love is Forgiveness
This was for PR_Icontest, like about 90% of my PR icons. This was for the "love is" challenge, where I chose mine as magenta/maroon. The forgiveness part is to remind myself that I need to forgive myself every so often, and that we all need to love one another and forgive one another. Since we had to find a picture that expressed "loving", I chose this one of Hayley. And I had fun with the "burn" and "stamp" effects! (It's also the only icon I know of that is used by somebody else.)
Inside Out text
I decided to try for an all-text icon. I think this one was Star's fault, really. It's a line from "Inside Out", where Eric isn't, of course, with Taylor. (Which he is, which is why Wes is laughing.) The background is reddish for Eric, with a stone background, lettering in yellow for Taylor. I call it "written in stone" because of the stone background, and it's an icon I use for fanfic. It isn't the longest text icon I've done now, I think. "Och Tamale" is, I think, longer.
Oh, and all these icons are snaggable, just please credit, comments wonderful, don't hotlink.
