kamenrider or sentai_icons. It's from Kamen Rider Blade, episode 32, where Kenzaki has stepped between a fully armored Tachibana and Hajime, who Tachibana has come to seal because he's an Undead. Kenzaki has a more positive view of Hajime, however, and refuses to let Tachibana seal him. Personally, I like it because it's determined!Kenzaki, and it makes a wonderful Kenzaki icon for crossing_lostrp.
Meant to represent the city of Matsuyama in Ehime prefecture in Japan, except I forgot to type the -shi (city) kanji. Oh well. I did get to play around with text effects, though. Just don't ask me which ones! One of my generic icons.
This one's from Kamen Rider Kabuto. Hiyori remembers that someone with a belt killed her parents, so she's brooding about it while watching the ocean. She's actually more noticeable than Kagami, who is paying repects to her parents' grave. I wanted an icon of Kagami, actually, but it just happens that Hiyori is more noticeable. The "Grey" is due to both the sky and the general mood of the scene.

Made bylelola, posted either in kamenrider or sentai_icons. The picture is of Isaka from Kamen Rider Blade, who is one of my favorite bad guys. (It doesn't hurt that his actor is around my age.) Isaka is arrogant, and he's Peacock Undead, therefore I thought that the text the icon maker chose was particularly fitting.
From Kamen Rider Kabuto, episode 21, I think. Kagami has just become Kamen Rider Gatack, which he went for to save this little boy from the Worms. It turns out that the little boy is actually a Worm as well, an attempt to infiltrate ZECT. Despite the fact that Kagami is extremely upset, he takes the time to do something for the memory of the little boy that the Worm killed, and in turn, just before dying, the boy's personality takes over (or the Worm had a moment of redemption) and steps in front of Kagami in order to save him from a very large fireball. So, yes, sometimes we do make a difference. (And yes, I have to remind myself of that sometimes.)
This is a screenshot from the game "Virtual Villagers 2", specifically a villager on a patch of grass. I wasn't sure what to do with it until I looked at it and realized that she looked a bit lost. Since I often feel like I'm not sure where I'm going, the text I added the text. Thus, my lost/confused icon.
