I promise to stop spamming my FL, really.
Anyway, I ordered Hero Vision 26. I need cute like everybody else, apparently.

finalauraburst! Yay!
Speaking of that, I apologize to
capncosmo for having to deal with the posted part of "Discovering the Sun" last week, because I know she's trying to hold off reading it before it gets done. (Which may be next year at this rate....)
And also on the topic of Toku, I'm getting tired of seeing almost no Den-O fic. I've seen three pieces that aren't my own: one parody, one crossover with Buffy (sort of), and one crossover with Magiranger. So, today I'm posting a Den-O fic.
Title: A Dozen Silk Roses
Fandom: Kamen Rider Den-O
Author: Estirose
Rating: 13+
Summary: Urataros reflects on his latest catch and other things.
Disclaimer: Den-O characters don't belong to me. Random mentioned girls do.
It was 4:46 AM, which should have stopped most sane people... at least people who didn't have to commute half their morning to get to work. Urataros was not concerned about that, however.
Indeed, the Imagin had romanced his latest catch and they'd had a good evening together. Regretfully, she was one of those who had had to get up early, so Urataros had found himself wheeling Ryotaro's bicycle back to the Milk Dipper, where Ryotaro himself would be due in for work... at least in a few hours.
He reached mentally; Ryotaro was asleep, unaware of anything except maybe his dreams. Good. His host had been tired lately, and he knew that Hana-san would give him hell for possessing Ryotaro, but Urataros figured that it was worth occasionally sneaking out, and after all, Ryotaro had agreed to it. That would make her focus on Ryotaro, lecturing him about how tired he was getting and how letting Urataros and the other Imagin that shared Ryotaro's body were wearing him out. Oh, Hana-chan would then remember Urataros, but he might be able to protest his innocence based on what Ryotaro said.
It had been a good night, actually. Naoko-chan was easily charmed by his words, not to mention the twelve silk roses he'd produced. She was a good companion for the moment. Urataros might like variety in his love life, but he liked Naoko-chan. Enough that he might go out with her again.
Urataros counted himself lucky. Possessing anybody else would have made him end up granting a wish, trying to fulfil that wish, and going into the past. He wasn't really interested in world destruction, and the only wish he would have cared to fulfil was fixing somebody's love life. He had been lucky to find Ryotaro. He'd had reservations at first of choosing a Singularity Point to possess, but he had a long-term body now, and Ryotaro definitely wasn't a bad-looking host.
He reached into his - Ryotaro's - pocket and fetching a key to unlock the doors. He wondered if he'd gain a view of Airi-san, forbidden fruit. At least forbidden if he cared to not get kicked off the DenLiner by his very annoyed host. Probably not.
Urataros, Ryotaro's voice echoed inside him, and he could feel his host mentally stretch. Did you....
Always his host's fear, that Urataros would do something... permanent. But no. Urataros enjoyed the hooks, the lies, the fun. Not the sex. He was an Imagin and sex didn't appeal to him. Besides, he liked Ryotaro, in his own way.
"The ocean cares not what the fish do," Urataros said cheerfully as he locked the Milk Dipper's door behind him. He knew it was cryptic, but he knew that Ryotaro would figure it out. His host wasn't stupid, after all.
He could feel Ryotaro reaching out for control of the body, and Urataros mentally gave the body back to him. After all, one shouldn't irritate a host that could shut one out. He didn't want to be stuck in the Denliner forever.
Concentrating, he coalesced back at the Denliner, pleased at a night gone well, and ready for his coffee. He'd need it for when Hana found out where he'd gone.
