Kenzaki walked along the deserted beach. He was sure he'd driven across it once, after an Undead, making sure humanity was safe from them. But now all the Undead, save two, were sealed, and no Undead was here now.

Apart from him, of course.

His skin was still the same shade it had been before he'd changed species. He'd never known how the high-level Undead - well, and Hajime and Human Undead, of course - had been able to pass off as human. Green blood should have meant greener skin, right? But it hadn't. All of them had passed off as human.

Well, at least in terms of appearance.

He remembered each of them he'd run into. Isaka, who he'd run into briefly, responsible for Mutsuki's belt. At least Mutsuki was back to normal now, safe, happy, with Nozomi. Miyuki, who had pretended to love Kotarou and had caused him so much pain, and her companion with the wildly-patterned floral coat that had tried to kill him. Eagle Undead, the man wearing glasses, who had threatened Hajime, and Elephant, the man in the straw hat that had almost proven too strong for him, had he not gotten Jack form. Shinmei, the Undead who had pretended to be a hunter, fooling them in order to get Black Fang.

And then there was Shima-san, the gentle Tarantula Undead who had tried to save Mutsuki and had initially failed. If there was one Undead that Kenzaki wished he'd had a chance to ask Tachibana to free, it was the wise man. He remembered vaguely the female, medusa-like Undead that Hajime had fought, but never spoken about. And then there was the King of Spades.

Kenzaki winced at that one. The mischief-maker had thrown him into a tizzy, threatening to expose the Kamen Riders, weakening Hajime, and making a nuisance of himself. At least at the end, Kenzaki had been able to get King form, making the Undead more useful sealed than he was loose. The Tigress, who had hung around Mutsuki and had been responsible for making Shima-san's solution work, a woman that neither he nor Tachibana understood but he was grateful to. And the last one, Kanai, the one who had nearly killed Tachibana, the one who had fooled the hopeful Mutsuki, the one that thankfully was sealed now.

And in the end, it hadn't been the Undead that had been their enemy at all. True, leaving Hajime alone unsealed had nearly caused the end of the world, but it was hardly Hajime's fault. Hajime *had* warned them, after all. And he'd come around to a novel solution, one that would save Hajime and the world. Kenzaki had gladly made the sacrifice.

No, in the end, it had been a human, a human's greed, a human's desires that had been behind it now. Kenzaki was glad Tennouji was gone, dead, killed. No longer a problem.

And now Kenzaki was on the beach, keeping things safe, keeping away from Hajime. A human had sacrificed himself, and an Undead now gazed at the ocean.

It was all worth it.
