Since I write so much, I had trouble figuring which ones to choose. So I let my website do it for me, and then Beth picked out the most intriguing ones.
The King's Chocolate
(Kamen Rider Blade)
This one was pretty simple. The whole premise of this ficlet is the King of Spades (one of the Undead in the series), having stolen someone's chocolate, was now taunting the previous owner with it. So, it is essentially, the King's Chocolate.
Inside Out
(Power Rangers Wild Force, some Power Rangers Time Force)
The events of this story threaten to turn Taylor's life inside out, thus the title.
Alex's Gift
(Power Rangers Time Force, Moving On Series, Colleen sub-series)
By the time this story happened, Jen had gone back to the twenty-first century, had three kids with Wes, gotten taken back to her own time by Alex, and ended up raising the three kids in the 31st century. (Yes, that is pretty much a sum-up of the whole serial.) During this story, Alex feels guilty enough and obliged enough to Jen (and Jen and Wes' offspring) that he decides to bring Wes to the 31st century - therefore, the whole thing is "Alex's Gift".
Sunshine Days
(Power Ranger Time Force, Moving On series)
So named because it's about those good, full-of-sunshine days you hope for in a relationship - in this case, the relationship between Wes and Jen after she returns from the future.
Take Strength
(Power Rangers Dino Thunder)
Conner finds a way to use the strength of what he thinks a flakey school assignment partner, and therefore he takes strength from his partner's skills. This was the only title that came up in my mind when trying to find a title for this dang thing.
Everyone Makes Mistakes
(Power Rangers in Space)
This was actually a reminder to myself that "Everyone Makes Mistakes" (per the old Sesame Street song), but it fits well in this story about a potentially disastrous mistake by Cassie.
Making It
(Ninpuu Sentai Hurricanger)
This ficlet reflects Yousuke's relief that he his team made it through their second battle, despite his own rashness. (Hurricanger footage was used in Power Rangers Ninja Storm, and this particular episode - and Yousuke's motive - were loosely translated into "There's no I in Team".)
Over the Borderline
(Power Rangers Time Force)
This recent fic took its title from a Madonna lyric, but that's all it took from it. Since this fic deals with Trip and Katie falling for each other, it's fitting that they're going "over the borderline" between friendship and love.
