Pick the quote

Okay. Time to make an icon from a fanfic quote again. I've quoted 10 sentences from 9 fanfics.

Here's the ones I'm looking at. I've left out the source, though if you want to vote and also guess, you're welcome to. (Some of them will be fairly obvious.)

1) "You should see a doctor about your insomnia, Cadet."

2) But she knew. She was right. She knew.

3) "I burst a couple of capillaries, it's really not a big."

4) "Dude, they did that in the comic book-- part of the Brand series," Dustin said, joining the others on his feet and shaking his head.

5) "We found the monster you moron," Blake hissed. "I wouldn't really bug you during a date just 'cause I can't figure out how to to talk to Tori."

6) After all, it was nothing to get excited about. The rest of the world would come about in time. Sometimes it just took the others a while to see the same things he did.

7) The girl stopped looking at the children again, and looked back at him. "Some people should live forever, and never do. They're gone. It's the living that must face what they've done. Sometimes we really regret what we did or didn't do earlier. Guilt can be a wonderful motivator - or a crippling burden."

8) "What are you doing here? What are those people, and why do I have a three-foot Zord trailing me?" Trent asked the ghost.

10) He examined his hands one more time. What was that phrase? Oh, yes. From dust we start, and dust we become.

Erm, I already voted, but I thought maybe it would be helpful to tell you why I chose #9? And that is: it's funny and it's short. The other two in your tie are rather long; I find text icons are usually at their best when you can fit it all on one still. But then, that's me *shrug*
