Kiva ending theories

Okay, I've been thinking about various things in the Kiva universe. Here's some thoughts, which contain spoilers for the last few episodes.
Now, the Checkmate Four seem to work in cycles: one of them dies or goes renegade, the next is born. Right now, Mio is just coming into her powers as Queen, and might be the first Queen since Maya. (Basically, Maya tells a 'renegade' that if she's killed, her successor will continue the job.)
Bishop introduced Mio to the powers and forced her to continue the cycle of Queen.
Kiva's tagline is "Wake up! Break the chains of destiny!"
The's rumors that Wataru is the King of the Checkmate Four, but hasn't shown his powers/mark yet.
So, here's what may happen:
Wataru fully manifests as King. He defeats/kills Bishop and Rook (after Bishop tries to force him into whatever role the King plays) and convinces Mio that she doesn't have to kill Fangires in love with humans. A new Rook and Bishop are born and Mio and Wataru convince them to not be like their predecessors. Mio and Wataru kill Fangires who kill humans.
This ties with breaking the chain - breaking the cycle the Checkmate Four and the Fangire have been going through for thousands of years.
