Stuff, stuff, and more stuff....

estiriseI gave in and bought a 120 gig hard drive to relieve BigAl's hard drive, which wasn't meant for the sheer amount I'm accumulating. We picked it up from FexEx this evening.
Mom and I stopped on the way home to get gas for her car. Of course, I swear I had the line of the evening: "Okay. I see the Shell over there, the other gas station over here, a prostitute on the sidewalk...." (The prostitute made herself *very* scarce when the police drove into a nearby motel.)
The JET application is online, so I got to look at it. Most of it isn't too scary. I'm pretty sure the two letters of recommendation will be pretty easy. I've been working on my statement of purpose for about a month or two now.
What *will* be fun is getting to see my psychiatrist and getting her to write a letter to convince the Japanese government that my General Anxiety and Depression does not mean I can't thrive out there.
Ah well.
