For some reason I want to convert Darksword Adventures to D20. Unfortunately, my copy of said book died, I can't find a torrent of it, and there seem to be no ebook sites that sell it.

(If you're unfamiliar, it's based on the Darksword trilogy books and features a world where everybody has magic and those who don't, die. What I mostly remember about the game is that you only had x amount of points at 1st level, and you could burn through them *floating* like most everybody in the stories did, much less doing anything useful.)

I shortened the list for Kamendressing (I included only my Watarus, not my Mio, my two Taigas, or Nozomi), and wished that I could include some of my other RP characters (Kenzaki from Crossing_Lost, Marie Brown from newdawnrpg, and Trent from Chele's last rp), but I'm not playing them anymore.

Getting far ahead of myself, as usual. But considering ebooks for "Late Bloomer". So, for those who use ebooks/ebook software, what do you use?

Those of you who have hung about me know that I wrote a novel(la) for NaNoWriMo last year. It's called "Late Bloomer" and I'm currently on rough-draft revisions. (I need a beta reader, but the trick will be finding one that wants to work on a novella.) I've made the decision to publish via the Lulu POD service. I'm also looking at publishing a related book of short stories in that universe. I will also need a beta reader for it.

I believe firmly that a very large amount of people write D&D-based fic at some point in their lives. Here is mine. This one is rather short, but maybe someday I'll come play more in it. It's based on a second-edition module written by, I believe, Monte Cook.

When I needed an image of Aya for OCChallenge, I chose to use Miyazawa Arisa (aka Nozomi from Kamen Rider Blade). Aya herself is an OC, one of those dreaded "child of a canon character" characters.

This fic is set post that story, when Aya and Noboru have established a home. This story retains the early-series "Fangaire" spelling of the "Boxed In" universe.

For my very first NaNoWriMo, I wrote "Discovering the Sun", which was a Kamen Rider Kabuto AU. I think it's one of my most-read fics. It's unfortunate that I haven't been inspired to work on it much. Like last year, it's one of my ficspam fics.

In 2007, I accidentally signed up for NaNoWriMo. Faced with coming up with an idea for 50,000 words, I ended up using the universe of an RP that I played in and stuffed a bunch of my previous Original Characters into it. This story is set in that storyline, and features some characters that some people might be familiar with.

I've always liked the relationship between Kagami and Tendou from Kamen Rider Kabuto. Poor Kagami always had a lot to put up with. In this case, I trod the well-worn path of Juka's first date. This particular fic was requested by

This is not a fanfic. Last year, for NaNoWriMo, I started on two novels. I finished one. This is a scene featuring two of the characters from that novel, which I hope to publish (likely through Lulu) someday. The novel is called "Late Bloomer".

My first fic of my yearly ficspam is a Kuuga/Den-O crossover.

tilmon requested a Kamen Rider crossover, and when I was thinking of what to cross over, I thought of poor Ichijou Kaoru from Kuuga meeting one of the other Riders. And what better (and most logical) choice than one of the Den-O folk?

Tomorrow/Saturday (June 12-13) is time for my yearly ficspam.

This year, I'm posting 14 fics over two days. These range from original fic to fanfic, genfic, het, and slash, on stories that focus on canon characters and stories that focus on OCs. I will try to space them out so they're not too annoying.

And when I get that done, I'm going to actually wish everybody that I've forgotten this month a very happy birthday.

I play at CFUD, and I love it. It's huge, so I don't feel like I'm about to cause it to fall over because I'm posting/not posting. And I have an incredible set of castmates.
